明子是《空洞騎士》中的NPC之一；他會將無憂旋律護符送給小騎士。
劇情
- 在格林劇團被驅逐後，明子獨自來到了德特茅斯。隨後他會在鎮子上演奏他的手風琴（實際上是一隻蟲子），雖然他的曲調比較悲傷，但小鎮因為他的到來而更顯生機。[1]
- 有着小騎士的陪伴，明子對他在德特茅斯的日子感到非常滿足。[2]
- 從外表上看，明子幾乎就是脫下面具的布魯姆。不過明子不記得自己是如何到達德特茅斯的，也不知道自己是從哪裏過來的。[3][4]
- 他也不確定自己是如何得到無憂旋律的，但是當他看到這個護符時，他想起了一些被他忘卻的某人某事。[5]
- 驅逐劇團後，即使不和明子對話並獲取護符，也能獲得「驅逐」成就。

那邊的老蟲子十分友善，但我還是感覺這地方有些憂鬱，這裏的風，這片黑暗，還有這衰敗的氣氛……
我希望我的音樂能給這裏帶來些許活力。現在你來了，帶着美妙而迷人的光環，整個小鎮都因你而明亮了一些。
在你去忙自己的事之前，我有個小禮物要給你，用來紀念我們的美妙友誼。
它對我沒什麼用處，但我相信你戴上的話會很別致。請好好使用它。我也希望小鎮上能夠更加熱鬧一些。

The old bug over there was very welcoming, but still I find the place a little melancholy, what with the wind, and the darkness, and the sense of decline...
I was hoping my music could go some way to livening up the place. And now you've arrived with that wonderful, charming aura about you. The whole town feels brighter for it.
Before you hurry about your business, I've a small gift to commemorate a wonderful new friendship.
