@LiaMinina What do you think of this suggestion? I'm planning to let it be an internal regulation and I've asked the other 2 people so I want to see if you have anything to add. --

- @LiaMinina Well, actually no. But I did discuss it in a group chat with U:6116G and U:KingChan. What I mean by "internal regulation" is that I have no plans (currently) to bring it up as a formal document, since that might involve other subtleties such as whether this should be a user group, etc. Instead, it will stay as a kind of "concensus" between us four who are working on EnMGP.
